DINO OF THE WEEK

T-REX
Tyrannosaurus Rex

Hello Dino lovers. We are going to start a series called "Dino of the Week." We found that this could be a chance to see if you have a favorite dinosaur.

This week, We are giving you facts about the Tyrannosaurus Rex species, or as we call them, T-rex. This will be a way to learn more about different species of dinosaurs and be able to have some fun at the same time.

Now for the facts!

The term T- Rex means tyrant lizard, seems pretty fitting. The Tyrannosaurus rex is a carnivore, meaning it prefers to eat only meat. That could be smaller dinosaurs, birds, or any other animal species.  Another well known name for the Tyrannosaurus Rex is the king of the lizards.

Now let’s move on to the important part of this. We can't imagine getting too close to a t-rex,  we would much rather take our chances with a dinosaur that's a bit smaller. The T-rex has tiny arms with sharp claws, it is best to stay away from and avoid them. The T-rex's jaw is massive and has about 50 to 60 serrated teeth. It is big enough to swallow several goats.

Let's see what we have for the next issue of dinosaur of the week. Have a wonderful day, and stay safe when visiting those dinosaurs.
