The Creation

Oddly enough the Human-Dinosaur hybrids were actually created during the screening of Jurassic Park 4. The dinosaurs were made to be fighting machines to kill off the dinosaurs again. They were created by splicing dinosaur DNA with Human DNA. Though these creatures are purely fictional, they had to scrap the idea before finishing the script and screenplay of Jurassic park.

The Types of Hybrids

There weren’t too many types of hybrids explored though there was one that was fully drawn out as a possibility. The Velociraptor-Human Hybrid. They were highly intelligent, agile, and they listened to orders fairly well including very complex commands from humans. There were a few others that unfortunately were not fully explored as a possibility, though they were hinted at during the writing of the show. They didn’t have any specific traits to note, as well as the dinosaurs that were being thought about didn’t get named or created.

Why we don’t have the Hybrids now

The idea was scrapped in the early stages of creating these dinosaurs due to potential risks and consequences of the human-dinosaur hybrids. There have been people exploring it in other types of media such as video games, fanart, and early scripts for the Jurassic Park movies. There have been speculations and rumors being spread around about the potential of these human-dinosaur hybrids being shown in future movies, though it isn’t proven to be true or possible.

Real life possibilities

The human dinosaur hybrids aren’t possible to be created in real life due the genetic incapability. Though humans and dinosaurs are both mutated through genetics and it could be possible in the far future, we don’t have the means to create them now, they are purely fictional creatures and it’s almost impossible with our current technology to create anything of the sorts. With them being fictional we may never see something like this in our current lives, though they can always be brought into fiction such as books, video games, movies, and art. With the study of genetics that we have now it would be very complicated if not impossible to create the human dinosaur hybrids.

Speculations

There are a ton of speculations around the movies that the hybrids are real and that we just haven’t been shown them. A lot of people think that the Atrociraptor handler is a hybrid, due to his ability to bond with dinosaurs fairly easily and his odd actions and behavior. They are led to believe that he is very potentially the first human dinosaur hybrid. There are also a ton of speculations that we’re going to get another movie and that the creators will introduce these hybrids. Though none of this is led to be true, a lot of people believe it is and some even hope to get a movie about them.

Who had the idea
The screenwriter for Jurassic Park, John Sayles, was one of the few screenwriters who brought this into action on the early screenplays. He made the concept of what if this was possible. Though with the scrapping of the idea, he didn’t get his spotlight on these amazing creatures and this hopefully possible idea of getting human hybrid dinosaurs in the future. Though we wouldn’t be surprised if InGen could create them with their history of genetic experiments. What do you think?
